Hi, I am using Unlimited Plan for my organisation. Can we have private documents in the workspace? The problem right now is, all documents created can be viewed by everyone in the organisation.

It’s been a while since you asked about this so I just wanted to check in—were you able to find an answer to your question elsewhere?
If so, we’d love to hear what it was! And if not, can you confirm what specific app you’re referring to in relation to these private documents? Some apps do have the ability to set specific sharing preferences for files—Google Drive for example has a Add File Sharing Preference action but not all file related apps on Zapier do.

I apologise. I have made a grave mistake. I was using Zapier with another app and instead of posting the question in the other app’s help page, I posted here.
