No matter how I try to integrate Zapier to my Popl account I get the message “Your Zap could not be turned on “

Step 1 - New Lead (For Any Team Member) in Popl

Bargle! There was a problem with the data returned from this step! Please contact support.

I keep running the text triggers through the Klaviyo and square integration, both show as successful, the zap goes live then about 30 seconds later I get an email with the above message.

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

Do I need a paid Popl account to use Popl with Zapier?

You need a Popl Pro or Popl Teams plan to use Popl with Zapier.

Hi there @Medicinal Mamas,

I just came across your post here and wanted to check in here to see how you’re getting on. Were you able to upgrade your Popl account to the correct plan here? Also, are you still running into the same error after upgrading your Popl plan?
