I saw that you reached out to our Support team about this, and they mentioned that the error might be caused by the value selected in the Campaign field. I didn’t see a response to their latest email, so I’m not sure if that definitely was the cause of the issue. But I’ll share their suggestion here in case it helps anyone else who runs into a similar error with Podio:
“I've taken a look at the latest Zap runs and noticed the issue might be coming from the Campaign field. This field is expecting the Campaign ID, rather than the Campaign name:
