Please Help! -- Trying to leverage Zapier MCP server within the OpenAI conversations action

I am trying to setup a chatgpt conversations action through zapier that utilizes the zapier MCP server I have setup and connected to my openAI account. 

When i try to setup the action, it gives me the ability to select which tools to enable for chatgpt, one of which is the "MCP Server Tool" which is critical to my workflow. When i select it, it gives me further options to populate (see photos for my configuration), and I am unable to get it to work. I keep getting an error saying “[OpenAI API Error]: Error retrieving tool list from mcp server… HTTP status code: 401 (Unauthorized) http_error”

Further details: I do have a paid business plan with chatgpt. I have plenty of paid api credits. I am the admin of the business account and have all necessary essentials. I setup the MCP server appropriately with zapier, then I added it as an admin connector in my openAI account and published it, so it should be working. I have used it in normal chatgpt on the website perfectly fine.
