This may be a Facebook question and not a Zapier question but I want to ask here just in case. I’m trying to configure our pixel with our CRM but I don’t know that I’m actually providing any valuable feedback to Facebook. Is the zap as simple as what I have down below?

 

 

 

 

 

 

I just don’t see how the Zap is communicating relevant information back to FB.

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how the Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings.

It’s been a little while since we’ve heard from you here, did you manage to get this sorted on your own? 

If not, we’d be happy to help further. If you can share some screenshots, as Troy mentioned, showing the current set up of that Send Funnel Event action we’d be happy to take a look to see if there’s any changes that might need to be made to get it sending the relevant information over to Facebook. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
