Hi there! Having a hard time mapping fields from my Airtable forms into Pipedrive. Here is how I have it configured, using the ID’s from the org and person I created.

However, I keep getting this error:

Perhaps it’s not the person and org, but another field, I just cannot figure out which one it is. Would appreciate any help, thanks!!!

Hi @cblue88

The owner field seems to be a Number Field, actually you need to map the ID of the person not their Name.

Hi @cblue88

This field also likely expects the internal IDs for each option instead of the friendly label names.

Thanks guys! How do I get the internal IDs for the verticals (dropdown) and the ID of the user for the Owner field?

Remove the mapped value then use the dropdown list.

You will see the internal IDs underneath each friendly name option.

You can use a Lookup Table to do the data translation.
