Paypro sales not showing up in Zapier

Right now I am trying to set up a connection between Paypro and Activecampaign. Paypro is a payment provider and it has a trigger for a new sale event. In my paypro account I have multiple sales, but when I test my connection in zapier I get a message that I have to create a new sale. I already tested my zapier connection to my paypro account and I am using the right Autorization token. Still i get the same message. Does anybody know what the problem might be and how to fix this? Would be of great help. Thanks in advance

Help article from PayPro:


Try creating a new sales in PayPro after your PayPro Zap trigger has been configured, then test the Zap trigger test again.
