I’m trying to integrate GiveButter and QuickBooks via Zapier. 

The payment method field that I inputted didn’t transfer to the QuickBooks Online payment method field on the Sales Receipt even though everything was inputted correctly and the test transaction successfully went through (except for the payment method field).

Can someone please help? Thank you in advance.

My input actually is already a custom value (see attached), but it’s still not mapped to QuickBooks Online sales receipt “Payment method” field.

Any idea why?

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Usually dropdown fields in Zaps requires an ID for it to be sent correctly. You’d need to remap data on that field and you should map the required ID that QuickBooks Online is looking for.

You may need to use a lookup table to translate the value from Givebutter to the expected dropdown option internal ID value for QBO.
