My Zap is not working. I set up a Zap to send an email from my gmail to new members but it is not working. The zap I set up is below. Does anyone know why this is not working??

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

Has there been a Patreon New Member since the Zap was turned ON?

Yes there has been many new members and no emails have been sent. How do I check the details for DATA IN/OUT ? Would you possibly be able to do a call/screen share with me to help me with this?

First, check if there is activity for your Zap here: https://zapier.com/app/history/

If there is, you can click on an individual Zap Run to see the details of each Zap step including the DATA IN/OUT.

No I dont see any history, heres what it looks like below 

I am feeling like the Zap is not seeing that new members have signed up 

I am not looking to hire help just wanted to see if someone from the community could help

Try reaching out to Patreon Support for help with their Zap app integration as most Zap apps are created and managed by the app developer using the Zapier Developer Platform.

It looks like you’ve reached out to our Support Team about this and they replied with a suggestion. I’ll share details of the suggestion here in case it’s helpful:

Since the issue seems to be with the Patreon trigger, my first recommendation here will be to toggle the Zap off for a few seconds, then turn it back on. What this does is reset the underlying webhook connection between Zapier and Patreon, so if there are any issues at that level, the refresh often helps. 
 
If you try that and still find that new members are not triggering the Zap live, can you please share a screenshot of the newest member you received in Patreon, including a date/timestamp of when they were first created? I'll use that to compare to the system logs on our end and see if the information is making it through, or if we're not getting it from Patreon as we expect. 
 
If it's the latter, this may be a bug we'll need to bring to the attention of Patreon's app team. 

If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.


I sent the support team a screenshot of the last 3 newest members b/c the zap is still not working. 

 

This was working in the past when I was on the free trial with Zapier but as soon as I started a paid membership with Zapier it suddenly stopped working. I did not notice it until now because I assumed it was still working because I did not make any changes to the zap...

I would recommend continuing the conversation with our Support Team via email since they have the tools to look closer at the Zap and its logs.
