Parser not pulling everything from email

For some reason., the quantity field I have only pulls if it is double digits. 

With Single digit QTY:

 

With double digit QTY:

 

 

Any suggestions on why this is the case? It clearly comes through to the email but will not pull via parser. When I view emails the quantity is empty:

Good question.

I’ve found the free email parser by Zapier to be unreliable and not robust enough.
