I paid to have unlimited zaps but it continues to limit the amount of zaps I can turn on.

Hey @evertsenequity, Troy is right you can always reach out via the link they mentioned.  When I have helped folks with this in the past, this confusion is usually attributed to the user having more than 1 Zapier account without realizing it, and they are logged into the non-upgraded one.
