Zappier has been overcharging me for the past 5 months. I have tried to make contact but I get no reply.

 

I need this to stop and get a refund. I have cancelled my subscription because the only way I was able to raise a quiestion was by downgrading and so my business is being impacted.

It looks like our Support Team replied to your billing concern today. It would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.
