Hi,

 

I’ve set up a Zap to send an email (from outlook) when an Acuity scheduling appointment is made.

The Zap works and it will send the email but when received it looks like it is coming from a funky email address



This appears to be because that is what ‘organizer email’ is logged as. Needless to say though, that is not my email address and not what I want clients to see as it looks pretty dodgy. 

 

Is there a way that I can make it so that these emails will be received from the proper email address?

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the app accounts being used and the field mappings/selections.

To change the "From" email address in your Zap's "Send Email" action with Outlook, go to the action step and find the "From" field. Please enter the desired email address, ensuring it's the same or a verified alias of your Outlook account to comply with security rules. Test the Zap to confirm functionality. If issues persist, consider using a different email service that offers more flexibility with the "From" address, and send us a screenshot of your Zap so we can troubleshoot further.
