Optimizing Zapier Workflows for Multi-User, Multi-Tag Event Creation

The zap I’m using creates an event/appointment on User 1’s calendar if an event/appointment is created in our web based software, assigned to User 1, and tagged “Urgent.”

The problem is we have 10+ users and multiple tags that I want to trigger the event being added to the corresponding user’s calendar.

Do I have to create a separate zap for each combination of user and tag? As in, if there are 10 users and 10 tags, do I have to create a 100 zaps total or is there some way to filter/combine?

    Thank you! I found that clicking “Custom” and typing the tags separated by commas works, too.
