OpenAI Transcript not working, asking for API Key

Whisper service exposed by OpenAI “Transcript” ask for an API Key (altready present).

Hi @MgpF 

As it says the API key is invalid, can you make sure your API key is valid and has an active plan/subscription. You can reconnect OpenAI connection if this doesn’t solve it.

The API key is correct and same API key works for other calls (moderation and translate)..

Hey there,  @MgpF - thanks for reaching out in community!

Hmm, in the action step may I ask which File type is selected? I wonder if it’s something to do with that.

Could you try it with this type and see what it comes back with?

Hello, i am having the same issue but it cant solve it. 

I use OpenAI API without problem with ChatGPT but i cant make it works with Whisper.

I tried what you propose here and many more but i cant make it works. 

Any idea?

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please send a screenshot of the mapped data on your “File” field in OpenAI? Please don’t include/blur out any personal information in the screenshot.

I’m having the same issue… Keep getting ‘The app returned "The request is missing a valid API key.".’ Although this api works on other zaps for Open AI
