Just came across this and wanted to check how things are going. I had a look at ChatGPT’s status page and it looks like there were several incidents around the time that you posted this:
So I’m wondering if any of those might have contributed to the timeout request errors you were getting. 
Do you think that could be the case or are you still getting those errors?
If it’s still erroring, I’d suggest changing it to use a higher like model GPT-4o or GPT-4o-mini to see if that gives better results.
