OPENAI False errors from Zapier

I started working on Zapier 3 days ago, and I am already tired of this Zapier crap.

I’ve made a zap - OpenAI account is full, and the zapier is stopping a ZAP each time for the following errors:

[429] You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/api-errors.

The app returned "Billing hard limit has been reached".

I AM NOT PAYING FOR THESE TASKS!!! 

FIX IT OR DONT CHARGE FOR THESE TASKS, I ALREADY DOWNGRADED THE SUBSCRIPTION. 
BTW - 30 USD FOR 750 TASKS IS A JOKE, make offers 10k so i can do almost 1300% more for the same money.

NOTE: Zap Run Tasks and Make Scenario Operations are not counted the same.
