I’m using Zapier for the first time, so I might be doing something wrong.

I’ve connected my client’s OnOffice account as well as my LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) account. My goal is to have all leads (new contacts, including first name, last name, and phone number) that are added to OnOffice automatically created as new contacts in LeadConnector.

The test run with the sample data worked fine. However, when new contacts are added in OnOffice, they are not transferred to LeadConnector, and the Zap doesn’t trigger at all. There is also no Zap history being generated. We’ve tried this multiple times. I used the trigger “fetch Adress”

I would greatly appreciate a quick solution to this issue, as my client is currently facing a problem because of this.

Hi @jonas214

Most Zap apps are created and managed by the app developer using the Zapier Developer Platform.

You may need to try reaching out to onOffice Support for help with their Zap app integration.

The Zap trigger being used is “Instant”, so there may be an issue with the onOffice app firing the webhooks.

Hey Troy, appreciate your answer! I guess there need to be an automation within onoffice, that triggers the trigger of the zap, Will try some things out. Thank you!

Hi @jonas214, did you get this solved? If so, we’d love to hear what worked for you! It would be super helpful for other members who might be facing similar issues with their OnOffice Zaps. 🙏

Looking forward to hearing from you!
