Hello everyone,

I have two separate Zaps, each set up to detect the start of a specific meeting in my calendar. These meetings are different, but sometimes they are scheduled at the same time.

The problem is: when both meetings are scheduled to start at the same time, only one of the two Zaps is triggered — the other one doesn’t run at all.

I don’t understand why this happens. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers,

Hi @Clive75

Help us have more info by posting screenshot showing how your Zap steps are outlined and how the trigger steps are configured in EDIT mode.

Hi @Clive75 👋

Just came across this and noticed you also reached out to our Support team, but I couldn’t tell if it was resolved. It looks like the issue might be related to the time the Zap is set to start before the event begins.

I’ll share the suggestion from the Support team here in case it’s helpful to others running into a similar issue:

I understand how it can be frustrating when your Zaps don't trigger as expected. Based on what you've described, it seems like the issue might be related to the timing configuration of the Zaps.

The Zap for the company review is currently set to trigger 1 minute before the event starts, but the lowest time scale available is actually 15 minutes.

I recommend adjusting the trigger time to ensure both Zaps have ample time to activate.

Did adjusting the time as they suggested resolve things or are you still running into the same issue?

Looking forward to hearing from you! 🙂
