I would like to create a Zap to upload new PDF files in a OneDrive folder to Airtable. My OneDrive test record is returning “File contents too big.” in the “File Contents” field and the test Zap created a new record in Airtable that does not include the attachment. The file is 611 KB. I have tested this with “Include file object” both on and off with the same result.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @dsantee

For us to have more info, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

Hi @dsantee,

It’s been a while since you posted here so I wanted to check in to see if you managed to get this resolved? We’d love to hear what the solution what if you found one. 🙂

If not, can you confirm whether you’re seeing that same error with other files too, or only with that specific PDF file? And as Troy mentioned, any screenshots you can share showing the current set up of the Zap and the full error you’re seeing would be super appreciated as we don’t have access to view your Zaps or account. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing.

Thanks, I look forward to your reply!
