Hi @SamB

I am experiencing the same issue.  I have tried a pdf and a jpeg.  I would appreciate your help.

Thanks for reaching out here @Haydn Drake, welcome to the Community! 🎉

Hope you don’t mind but I’ve spilt your post here out into a new topic as it appears that you’re getting that error on an Upload File action instead of a New File trigger.

The file size that it’s erroring for doesn’t seem too big at all. Can you share a screenshot showing what fields and settings have been selected in that action? I’d like to take a double-check what’s been selected in the File field to see if there’s anything on the setup that might be causing the issues here. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi @SamB

Thanks so much for your prompt response.  I appreciate you holding back the criticism also 🙂 (I’m a beginner at this…. )

Hopefully the below helps?  Essentially, what I am trying to do is as follows.

If task in Asana is created.

create folder in onedrive with the task name

then, in that folder, save any attachments which are added to the asana task.

I’m trying to reduce the double handling. At the moment we are manually downloading attachments from asana to the one drive directory.  Hopefully this step works without duplicating folders etc….?

You may suggest a completely different work flow for this.

Hi @Haydn Drake,

You can automate your workflow with Zapier by setting up Asana to create new tasks, OneDrive to create folders and upload files, and using Zapier's looping feature for multiple attachments. Test each step and contact Zapier's support if you encounter issues. This setup helps streamline your processes efficiently.

@SamB I don’t suppose you’ve had the chance to review my screenshots?  No obligation of course. :)

Hi @Haydn Drake,

I’m not seeing any issues with your Zap setup. Have you tried replaying the errored Zap run to see if it’ll replay successfully?

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!
