Old Zaps still firing mails (doing the action) Even after Being Switched Off

Hey am still getting New customers of my website getting mails pushed with old Zaps which have switched off months ago.

I had automated a mail zap earlier integrating Gmail with Razorpay payment, which send user mail with a link post user action/ payment on razorpay
