Hi, I'm trying to reconnect my Odoo instance, with custom domain.


But I get the following error message: 


“We hit an error adding your new account
authentication failed: Fault (code AccessDenied) occurred. Message: Access Denied”



My Odoo version is currently 14 . But we will soon upgrade to 17.0

Are these versions supported?

I created an API Key Ready, for the connection and it didn't work.
I tried it with the normal password and it didn't work.

Thank you very much, I had already found this article.

However, it does not provide me with any further clarity. I do access all the required fields correctly.

I suspect that the version is not supported, or some other error is missing.
I see that this is a common question, and no further information is provided anywhere.

It makes me feel a little frustrated.
