I created an integration between Notion and Ticktick so that when I add a new task in Notion (with date and time), it will appear in Ticktick. The task and date are being shown in Ticktick, but the start time is not. Could anyone help me?

To help us have more info, please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Can you show screenshots with how these fields are configured in the Zap EDIT mode?

These fields may only accept a date value. (not a time value)

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Before we dig deeper, could you please try disabling the Smart Date Parsing on your TickTick app? You can read more about that here: https://help.ticktick.com/articles/7081924556310446080

After that could you please:

  1. Reconnect your TickTick account here: https://zapier.com/app/connections/ticktick
  2. Do a live run of the Zap while it’s published and check if it’ll include the time.
