So I want a zap that updates or creates a database item in Notion whenever a ticket in Freshdesk is Updated.

Hi there @nixnix,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

It looks like the issue here is the mapped data on the “Item” field in your “Update Database” step. The “Item” field looks for the Item ID. Could you please try remapping the “Item” field with the Item ID from the 2nd step instead?

Here’s what the Item ID should look like:
