Not getting right product and service description in QBO

I have difficulty getting invoices to come out correctly with the right product/service and description. The service tab duplicates the same product when the invoice trigger has two different ones. I think I have narrowed it down to find product data where two products go in as line items, but only one comes out, and on the invoice, it repeats itself, though the pricing is correct, just the names and descriptions are not.

Was able to figure it out! Exactly where you said it would be. The line item was mapped from QBO but i have formatter that split the text and has the right fields mapped it and it works ! Thank so much for your Help !

Try changing this setting: If multiple search results are found

Change to the “return all” option.

Almost ! so both service fields came over but only one product description

In Zap step 10, the QBO Invoice Line Items section handles line items, and the Product/Service + Description fields appear to be mapped correctly.

Check to make sure that the data returned from Zap step 8 that finds the QBO products includes Descriptions for each Product.

For a Zap step you can see the DATA IN/OUT to help you check.

this is what i found . The find product going in has it all coming out it only has one product . The invoice going in has both products but the business card is missing the line item description

i took a closer look. and found that its returning a field called “ fully qualified name “ and for this the description is not showing . But the other product returns “ description field”
