I am editing a Zap that has been used previously but not for 12 months. When I try to “configure” the zap  normally a range of WP Forms would be on a drop down box but it is saying-

No options are available.

Some reasons this could be happening:

  • Confirm if you connected the right account.
  • Confirm that there is data in the partner app.
  • Confirm that you have permission to the data in the partner app.
  • There was an issue retrieving data from the partner app. Please try again later.

My web builder has also tried to fix this to no avail. I am a one person business that literally runs this form 30 times a year but it streamlines artwork so the files are correct. Help please!

Hi @JCUR

Help links for using WPForms in Zaps:

Hi there, @JCUR

Not sure if you’ve already got this solved but I just came across this and wanted to offer some suggestions if you or anyone coming across this post is still stuck. 🙂

It sounds as though something may have since happened to the connected account if it’s not longer able to load the forms. So I’d suggest checking that it has the correct permissions and you’re running the latest version of the WPForms plugin. And it may be worth also reconnecting the WPForms account connection in case that helps to refresh the connection and get the forms loading.

Alternatively, do you happen to know the ID for the form you’re wanting to select? If so, in the Form field on the New Form Entry trigger you could select the Custom value option and enter the form’s ID to manually select it. If you’re unsure where to find the form ID check out WPForm’s guide here.

Hope that helps. Please keep us in the loop on how you’re getting on with this, keen to ensure this gets sorted!

Hi @SamB and @Troy Tessalone ,

I have the same problem as the comment from @JCUR

What’s weird is that the API works and when I test the connection with WPforms, it says the connection is working. However, Zapier cannot retrieve the forms and I also can’t make use of the custom value as there is no ID available in WPforms. The name of the form in custom value also doesn’t work.

If you or anyone else has a solution for this please let me know

Hi @Billy Grace,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try these for me?

  1. Go to the “Form” field in the trigger.
  2. Click the 3 dots beside the field.
  3. Select “Custom”
  4. Enter the Form ID
  5. Skip Samples
  6. Do enough to turn the Zap ON
  7. Submit a WPForm Response
  8.  Return to Editor and try pulling Samples

From doing this I am hopeful you should have some Samples to start mapping fields to your Actions. Additionally, can you please check the API key you used when setting up the app connection.

Please check the Zapier option in the marketing integration section directly through WPforms.  This creates its own API key. This is different from the API key that came with the WPforms license.

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!

We have tried this several times on a zap we need to update. The form no longer shows. Can someone help me?

Hi @DeGerrian Evans,

Can you tell us more about the issue you are getting? Kindly post a screenshot of your Zap so we can pinpoint which is causing the problem. For security purposes, please obscure any sensitive information within the screenshot. Thank you.

I have same problem here.

I tried @ken.a ‘s checklist but still not working.

Have nothing special screenshot. It just doesn’t load datas :(

Hi @Tequila Kim,

Could you please try entering the Form ID as a custom value in the “Form” field? Click on the three dots next to the field and select “Custom.” After that, type or paste the Form ID into the “Form” field.

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!

@ken.a

Thank you for the response. You’ve already mentioned about it.

I put the ID for custom field but nothing happened.

Im not quite sure what is my ID but I put the “12” is it correct?

Be cause my code is owpforms id="12"]

Hi @Tequila Kim,

Have you tried using the 12 as your Form ID? Make sure to click on the 3 dots right next to the fields and go to Custom to type in your Form ID.
