No corresponding action in HubSpot to send an email.

There’s a trigger for “new entity records added in Magentrix” but I don’t see any corresponding action that would tell Hubspot to send an email, or to tell Hubspot something that could fire up a workflow.

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Unfortunately, sending emails through Hubspot is not supported at the moment. However, we do have an existing feature request for this exact functionality.

I have added your vote to the open feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!

Hi @Eric at Kiteworks,

You can use these email addresses to log emails, if that’s what you’re after. So, you’d be using a send email step through Zapier’s native step, Gmail, or something like that. Then, you could log your email according to instructions in the screenshot.

 

You can also use add contact to list to potentially leverage in marketing emails, workflows, etc.
