NinjaPipe fails to authenticate with Zapier in Google Sheets

I have a Zap that adds a contact into NinjaPipe when their information is added to a row in a Google sheet.

However, it says I need to “connect” Ninja pipe with Zapier which from what I understand I already did (given I was able to make the zap).

In the screenshots attached, the one where it says “reconnect”, when I go through the process it takes me to the next screenshot where I input the relevant information, then it fails to authenticate.

I can’t figure out the source of the problem to even know where to start.

Help!

Hi @christinegautreaux

You can check/connect your Zap app accounts here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Tip to try:

Help link from NinjaPipe for using their app in Zaps: https://docs.ninjapipe.com/integrations/zapier

If you need help, try contacting NinjaPipe Support.

Re authenticate ninjapipe in zapier and use incognito mode.
