Hi Zapier Community,

I am trying to set up a zap where a new mailchimp subscriber triggers an email to be sent to me, then wait 15 minutes and send an email to the new subscriber. Everything looks fine, when testing I receive the email, and the new subscriber does as well. Zapier finds the new records i added to mailchimp every time. However, when publishing the zap, and when I add a new subscriber to ‘final test’ the zap, the new subscriber and me do not receive an email. I have no idea why.

To give you a better image of the mailchimp set up: they only need to fill in their e-mail, and then they will be redirected to a survey. Single opt in is disabled. I already tried with two seperate zaps without succes. I archived all the test subscribers in mailchimp, removed other campaigns from the same audience. No success. Is this a common problem people are experiencing?

Hi @JulesDR

You’ll probably want to use this Zap trigger: Mailchimp - New Subscriber (instead of New/Updated Subscriber)

Do you mean double opt-in is disabled? (If not, then that may be why.)

Make sure to test with new/unique email addresses.
