i have a zap i created that is meant to check my email for emails from indeed for new applicants to the job we have open on indeed, the zap is meant to send them a reply email and notify the team on slack but for some reason it used to work a long time ago and stopped working recently, i created a v2 of the zap and still the same issue..it has been published for about 3 days now and still does not trigger, but when i fetch records for samples it brings emails that were sent recently that match the search term

i have also included screenshots of the version 1 that shows that it was working until the 4th of june,i need to be sure if its an error on my corner or a glitch from zapier itself or the Gmail app

Hi @maravillacleaners, welcome to the Community! 🎉

Are both those versions of the Zap using the same search keywords? Asking as I see there’s some brackets included in the Search keywords field which I think might be causing the issue here—in the Refine searches in Gmail guide there’s no mention of needing to include brackets:

So I’d suggest removing the brackets from that Search keywords field. Also, add in:inbox as well. That should ensure that the Zap is definitely only looking at new emails in your inbox.

For example:

Can you give that a try and let us know how it goes?

Hey @maravillacleaners, just checking in! Did my suggestion do the trick?

I’m happy to assist further if you’re still stuck at all—just let me know! 🙂
