Hi,

 

It seems that none of the records related the suitebilling section of Netsuite are available through Zapier unless I am mistaken? I have tried setting up saved searches  as well as searching for individual records. These are all listed as available through Netsuties apis. I need access to the like sof subscriptions etc to push back and forth between hubspot and netsuite.


Has any one else come across this?

I am using an admin user role for now with full permissions to test.

Thanks I have looked through those and they are not of any assistance. I have a few zaps working fine (such as creating a netsuite project automatically when a deal in Hubspot reaches a certain stage) with NetSuite but I specifically am looking for subscription records. 

 

As far as I can see in any documentation for some reason they have not been made available?

Due to their complexity and customization, NetSuite's integration with Zapier may not support subscription records. If these records aren't available, consider using SuiteScript or SuiteTalk API to create a custom integration, leveraging webhooks for data transfer. Third-party middleware can also help bridge the gap between NetSuite and Zapier. If native support is essential, submitting a feature request to Zapier support might influence future updates.
