I’m trying to map two fields to an Asana task in a zap. The first is “memo”, a standard field in the transaction body. The second is a custom field. I can see other custom fields I’ve created, but not this one. Is there something in the Netsuite configuration that needs to be done to be able to “see” these fields in the zap?
The fields are available to the saved search Zapier is using; I’ve even added them to the search. The fields have values.
I’ve tried to find this field under its label, “Invoice Note”, and under the field ID, with no luck.

I’ve compared the fields I can see with the fields I can’t see, and I haven’t been able to figure out what’s different.

Indicates custom fields are supported.

Make sure you are using an example record that has a field value.

Hi @CaseyK,

Welcome to the Community.

If you're having trouble mapping a custom field from NetSuite to Asana via Zapier, try refreshing the fields in the Zap setup, ensuring the field types are compatible, and verifying that the custom field in NetSuite is accessible, visible, and properly configured. If these steps fail, then try re-creating the Zap.

Hi all! Thanks for your suggestions - the problem seems to have resolved itself after we cycled through a few example records. The original record we were using had data in the fields, but it wasn’t showing up. Once we cycled to a new record that also had data, the fields appeared.
