Need help with Zap not sending the latest contract summary

There are a few issues…

Step 4

You need to remap some variables for the Document Name. (screenshot)

Step 5

You have a static File chosen instead of mapping a dynamic variable of the ID of the file from Zap step 4.

Step 6

Screenshots do not show any variables mapped from Zap step 5.

For step 6, the Attachments, need to be remapped with a variable from Zap step 5.

ive changed to this but i still get the same email. i dont know whats wrong

Post updated screenshots of Zap steps 4-6 showing the fixes.

Same issue for Zap step 5, you have a static File selected.

You need to use the [...] button to change to “Custom” mode and map the ID of the File from Zap step 4.
