Hi, I have encountered an issue where I try MyCRM Finance triggers and it doesn’t have any data showing as well as when creating a lead using zapier, it gives me the error: Failed to create a lead in CRM Leads The app returned "The prerequisites weren't meant to carry out the request.".

Sorry you’re running into some issues in setting up your Zap—I’m happy to lend a hand with this! 

1) No test records for updated deals in MyCRM Sync were found:

Sometimes app integrations aren’t able to load in real data for testing but they are able to trigger successfully when the Zap is switched on. Try clicking on the Skip test button:

That should give you an example test record that you can use to set up the rest of the Zap.

 

2) The Create a Lead action has an “The prerequisites weren’t met to carry out the request” error:

I had a look at the values in the video and I think it could be the Mobile number field that’s causing that error. 🤔 I had a look and some samples on this side that the mobile numbers were formatted as 123-456-7890

Try changing the phone number you’re testing with to match that same format. Or, if skipping the test on the trigger gets it to give you a default test record, could you map the Mobile field from the trigger which should contain a number in the correct format.
