Question

MyCase trigger is showing old sample data during testing.

Hi, I’m having some trouble connecting Mycase's database to Zapier. I'm trying to set up a simple automation: whenever a new lead gets added in Mycase, Mailchimp should send them a welcome email. But during the Zap test, the database shows info from 2021! Even if I add a new lead, it doesn't seem to show up in the test.

Is it normal to see examples from years ago? I don't want to mess up the Zap configuration, so I'd love to test it with my own email to see if the welcome email arrives automatically, but I'm not sure how to do that.

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

It looks like MyCase isn’t providing a real sample data and only provides a “fall back” sample data. Have you tried mapping the data on your action step fields and publishing the Zap?

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!
