Hi @WarZone Athletics

Good question.

Check your Zap > Details > Change History for possible insight

Otherwise, you can open a ticket with Zapier Support.

What Zapier plan do you have?

What Calendly plan do you have?

About the Calendly Integration

  • Admin/owner permissions: Zaps behave differently for Owners and Admins (i.e. Triggering off of changes by all users) versus users with fewer permissions (i.e. Triggering only off your own changes)
  • Paid/versioned account: Requires a paid Professional Calendly account or higher
  • Partner's documentation: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/235289507-Zapier

Hey there @WarZone Athletics! From your support ticket, it looks as if the issue has been resolved. Let me know if there is anything more we can do to assist in the future.

I’m going to drop this message from support here just in case someone comes across this post in future and needs some assistance for a similar case :)

If you run into the issue again, you may want to try refreshing your app connections with the following steps:

  1. Head to the "My Apps" page here: https://zapier.com/app/connections
  2. Select the Calendly or Pipedrive app from the list, which will show all of the connections for that app.
  3. Clicking on a connection will reveal a drop-down menu, where you can select "Delete" to remove it.
  4. Return to your Zap, and you'll be able to make a brand new connection to the app. (This step needs to be repeated for each Zap that uses the app connection)

You can learn more about managing app connections in this article from our Help Center:
