My Zap won’t stay ON after testing – not sure if ChatGPT (OpenAI) is the cause

Hi,
I’m creating a Zap that connects RSS → Slack → ChatGPT (OpenAI) → Slack.

All steps pass the test successfully, but when I try to turn the Zap ON,
it automatically switches OFF after refreshing the page.
I also received an email that says, “Your Zap could not be turned on.”

I’m not sure if ChatGPT (OpenAI) is the reason for this issue,
but the ChatGPT step uses “Conversation (Legacy)” since I only see
“ChatGPT (OpenAI)” and “Azure OpenAI” in my account.
The new “OpenAI (GPT-4, DALL·E, Whisper)” option doesn’t appear.

Could you tell me why my Zap can’t be activated even though all tests succeed?
Or how I can enable the new OpenAI integration if that’s related?

Thank you!

Hey @Sakurako,

I think it might be related with using the legacy action. Try deleting the Open AI app connection and reconnecting it again and then try to use the new actions instead of legacy one’s. You can do that from here- https://zapier.com/app/assets/connections. Hope it helps!

Hi there @Sakurako 👋

Just wanted to check how you’re getting on. Did the suggestion from Sparsh, or that guide Troy shared help you to get it sorted?

Keep us posted, happy to lend a hand if you’re still stuck at all 🙂
