My Zap isn't sending email addresses from WooCommerce to Flodesk

Hello Zap Community, 

 

I created a Zap to send my customers from WooCommerce store to Flodesk so I can add them to my email campaign. 

I don’t know how to explain but the last trigger that sends the email address to flodesk isn’t working. 

 

WooCommerce is connected successfully. (TESTED)

Flodesk is connected successfully. 

 

Just the email address doesn’t go to Flodesk. 

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks for your resposnce. I have tested out both apps and they are working fine but I don’t get the email sent to Flodesk. Here is the screenshot.

To send an email in Flodesk you need to configure this within your Flodesk app itself. 

Steps to send email:

  1. Create a Segment in Flodesk for this
  2. Create a Flodesk Workflow that triggers on Subscriber Added to Segment, and sends an email
  3. Create Zap that triggers on whichever External App
  4. Add “Add Subscriber to Segment” Action to Zap

Thanks for getting back. I have already added a segment. I added a workflow as well still it doesn’t work for me. I am getting the green signal on Zapier as well after testing both apps but sadly it is not working for me.

Have you tried adding the “Add Existing Subscriber to Segment” action in your Zap? For you to be able to trigger the Segment workflow in Flodesk you need to add the “Add Existing Subscriber to Segment” action in your Zap. The Zap will look like this:

  1. Trigger: WooCommerce
  2. Action: Flodesk - Create/Update Subscriber
  3. Action: Flodesk - Add Existing Subscriber to Segment

Please give that a try, and let us know how it goes! 😊

Looking at the screenshot it looks like you have not added the “Add Existing Subscriber to Segment” action yet. Could you please add the “Add Existing Subscriber to Segment” action as your 3rd step? Like so:
