I can’t get HS to communicate the “lead status” that equals “connected” to VanillaSoft which will input to their data as LinkedIn Connection with Greg. Screenshots for reference…. please help…. we’ve been at it for days/hours…..

Were you able to to make any progress on this?
If not, can you share a bit more detail as to what part isn’t working exactly. For example, is it that the Zap is failing to trigger for contacts that are added/updated with that “connected” status, or is the issue more that the Zap is triggered and passing the filter as expected but the contact in VanillaSoft isn’t updating?
Once we have a bit more context on where the breakdown is occurring we’ll be better able to advise here. Thanks - looking forward to your reply! 🙂

In the screenshot below it looks like you have a static “lead” value set before the mapped variable, so you probably want to remove that.
If the field is a standardized dropdown list, then you will need to make sure you are passing/setting the expected field value, as indicated in this general help link:
