This is so confusing. I have connected a google sheet to Tave (my CRM), where it creates a new lead. But the data is also being sent to mailerlite and added to all my subscriber groups. But mailerlite isn’t connected to this zap or this google sheet. I’ve no idea what’s happening or how to stop it.

This is the zap: Mailerlite is not a part of it!

Surely this shouldn’t happen? Help!

Things to check:

  • Check your Zap Runs history to see if there is another Zap that is configured with MailerLite
  • Check if there is a different Zapier account or another automation platform that is integrated and automation to MailerLite
  • Check in MailerLite if you can see the history log of the Subscriber that indicates what app/source created the Subscriber
  • Check if another app you are using has a native integration with MailerLite

Were you able to get to the bottom of what was causing the lead details to be added to Mailerlite?  

I couldn’t see any native integrations between MailerLite and Tave but it looks like MailerLite has a native integration with Google Sheets:

So I’m wondering if the spreadsheet the leads are added to is connected with MailerLite? 🤔

Do you think that could be the case, or could there be another Zap created by a colleague perhaps that is adding the leads?

Thanks so much for the replies - I just deleted it and was able to send directly to mailerlite in the end. I didn’t manage to make any sense of it at all!

There was honestly no reason for it. No other link to that spreadsheet and no colleagues, just me!
