Question

My Patreon-to-Slack Zap isn't pulling cancelled subscriptions.

Patreon only shows membership cancellations on their dashboard, which we never look at. I tried to set up a Zap to post in a Slack channel when someone cancels (we currently have one that posts when a new person subscribes), but when I go to set it up the trigger is not pulling cancelled subscriptions.

Help!

Hi @betakit 

Which Zap trigger are you trying to use?

Perhaps try this option followed by a Filter step: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

This seems like it would work, but it says I have to have paid plan of course.
