Hi everyone,

I’m currently experiencing a strange issue with Zapier in combination with Lodgify.

Whenever a booking is updated, the same Zap gets triggered multiple times – sometimes 2, 3, or even 5 times – and this happens without any clear pattern.

This behavior is causing our task quota to deplete very quickly, which is a serious issue considering we rely on these automations.

Has anyone else encountered something like this? Or do you have any idea what could be causing it?

I've attached a log sample to illustrate the issue.

Most Zap app integrations are created and managed by the app developer (Lodgify) using the Zapier Developer Platform.

Try reaching out to Lodgify Support for help troubleshooting their Zap app integration.

 

As proof you would need to provide screenshots showing the Zap Run history DATA OUT from the Zap trigger step, with details about the same booking being triggered.

 

It may be that there are multiple subprocesses configured in the backend of the Lodgify app that update different parts of the booking record, thus each of those is treated as an updated booking.
