Motion error: The app returned “Workspace not found.”

I am a small law firm. We use Clio as our practice management software. I would like for new tasks created in Clio to sync to tasks located in Motion, which is an online calendaring app. This is a 2-step Zap. I have connected Clio and Motion. When I am working on the action fields for Motion, a “Workplace ID” is required. I cannot find any Workspace ID anywhere in either Clio or Motion, or even a reference to such a thing in either app. When I test the Zap it fails, giving message “Failed to create a task in Motion: The app returned “Workspace not found.” Screenshot below. Pls help.

Hi @David Carter 

Motion Workspace ID might be found in the browser URL when viewing a Workspace in Motion.
