monday.com missing item ID causes an error with the Zap

Hi

 

I can see this is a common sticking point, have read the other forum posts but can’t quite figure out what I am doing wrong. I seem to be getting a 50/50 success rate at the moment.

This is the error I am getting:

 

This is the layout of my Zap currently:

 

 

 

The ‘columns to receive’ field is currently empty and retrieving everything from the board.

Successful runs, and unsuccessful runs seem to be producing different data out, despite being run at the same time with the same version of the Zap.

The data out of the successful run is quite different to the unsuccessful run, despite both being run at the same time and running under the same version of the Zap.

Hi there @ellieroberts,

It looks like there’s some extra fields on your monday.com step. The Zap may submit data that the step doesn't need or isn't expecting, causing the Zap to error. 

Could you please try clicking on the “Remove these extra fields” button and republish the Zap?
