Hello Everyone, i am so confuse here please help me!

i want to connect leads from FB and Tiktok to Monday.com but i keep getting these messages:

 

*The values in your columns must:  Use JSON syntax.

*monday.com: invalid value, please check our API documentation for the correct data structure for this column. https://api.developer.monday.com/docs/change-column-values

 

please let me know what should i do?
