I created a ZAP to connect MOJO TXT to Salesforce Non Profit Service Pack (NPSP) and will deposit the TEXT information into a custom object being created.

When I create the ZAP with the MOJO TXT API, the connection works however, the “Trigger Action” only shows “New Donation” off the GIVE Keyword.   I need to have it trigger on Mojo TXT receipt of KEYWORD INFO that ties to a specific subscription list event. 

 

Why does only the “NEW DONATION” trigger event show based upon the keyword GIVE?

Is New Donation the only active trigger event supported?

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of the action step that shows all of its fields. Like so:

You will see that Zapier action drop down list only shows 1 option “New Donation”

My objective is to Create a Subscription list in MOJOTXT, use the Keyword “INFO” so that whenever anyone send the keyword to the toll free number, that my ZAP will have its trigger action to move that data into a  Salesforce custom object that is in process of being created.

I believe what I need is another Trigger event based on Keyword that is not present.

I had built another Donation Zap that was for anytime someone did make a donation by sending the Keyword “GIVE” to the toll free number and that presented the right data from MOJO TXT. I then would need to put that data into the right object in Salesforce.

On my New donation ZAP  it looks like this and it does ask for keyword:

 

 

 The only Keyword allowed is “GIVE” It does not interrogate MOJOTXT for other Keywords or Subscription lists/Keywords.

Thank you for providing the extra screenshots and details.

Currently, the MojoTxt integration only supports the “New Donation” trigger and does not support triggering on “New Subscription List”. I suggest reaching out to our Support Team to create a feature request on your behalf, or you can contact MojoTxt support to request support for the Subscription List trigger, as they are the ones responsible for maintaining and updating their integration in Zapier.
