I just came across this and spotted you opened a ticket with the Support team but can see they’ve not had a response from you yet. Were you able to get it resolved on your own? If so, we’d love to hear more about what the solution was!
And if not, I’d recommend continuing the conversation you’ve got going with the Support team so they can investigate further. If you can’t see their reply in your email inbox, I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case it’s been misplaced.

I’ve had a similar issue, where once the chatbot was enabled on my site, the mobile version of my site became inaccessible - it went off-line. I submitted this to support but haven’t gotten any updates. I’m thinking there might be a conflict with my Squarespace site. Anyone else having this issue using Squarespace?
