Hi and welcome to the Community @ainsleyvigor!
It’s so strange that it’s still having issues with copying across 160 rows even though the flood protection limit is set to 200! A loop wouldn’t help in this case as it’s the Zap triggering for so many rows at the same time that’s causing the flood protection to kick in. I can see that you’ve also reached out to our Support team about this though and they’re helping to investigate this with you, which is perfect!
In the meantime, is this a one off transfer that you’re looking to do or will it be a regular thing?
If it’s a one-off transfer that you’re looking to do from Microsoft Excel to Smartsheet then you might want to look at using our Transfer feature instead as that can handle up to 25,000 records at once: Transfer existing data using a Zap.
If it’s a regular thing then it might be worth setting an even higher limit for the flood protection (300 perhaps?) to see if that works any better. Otherwise copying the rows over in smaller batches should help to avoid the flood protection feature from holding the Zap runs.
Hope that helps. Please do keep us updated on how you get on with this, keen to ensure you’re all set!
