Missing Item ID - Monday Report

Hi

 

This seems to be quite a common issue, have read other forum posts but still having difficulty. I am getting an error message in the following Zap:

 

 

The error only happens about half of the time, and i can see the successful Zap runs produce very different data out, compared to the unsuccessful Zap runs despite being run at the same time and with the same version of the Zap. Any ideas why this would be?

Hi @ellieroberts 

Add a Filter as Zap step 2 to make sure an email address value exists for the mapped variable.

 

Make sure to remove the extra fields.

Many thanks both! I suspect the issue is people booking with their link before I enacted a UTM tracker on their URLs. I will give it a few days, now that the new links have gone out, and see if it reduces the incidences of errors.
